This privacy policy (”POLICY”) constitutes a binding and enforceable legal contract between MUAB COMPANY (the owner operator of the MUAB App) and you (“USER”) so please read it carefully.

[1] INTRODUCTION

1.1. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we will treat your personal data, and it should be read together with our terms of use, which also apply to your use of the MUAB App (“Application”).

1.2. We respect the privacy of all users, and are fully committed to protecting their personal information and using it properly.

1.3. This policy describes how the MUAB App may collect, use, and share personal information, and the rights and choices available to our visitors and users regarding such information.

1.4. By accessing or using any of the MUAB App, you signify your consent to this policy. You may use our App only if you consent to the practices described in this policy.

[2] METHODS OF COLLECTION OF DATA

We collect personal information in two methods as follows:

2.1. We collect information when you are visiting or using the MUABApp, including when you browse the App, register a user account, upload information and content, post or purchase articles, or download, install and use the MUAB App.

2.2. We collect information when you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you register to our services; when you sign in to the App via third-party services such as Facebook or Google; when you place purchases on the App; when you submit or purchase; or when you contact us directly.

[3] TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

3.1. We collect different types of personal data, including but not limited to the following data:

3.1.1. Account Data, such as name, mobile number, username, e-mail, and password.

3.1.2. Payment Data, we use this data to complete the payment by contracted payments gateways.

3.1.3. Contact Data, such as name, email, mobile number, message title, and subject.

3.1.4. Technical Data includes IP addresses used to connect your device to the internet, name and device location, type of operating system, information about service provider networks including mobile number, device ID, version, language preferences, the information you are looking for, access times, dates, and other statistics.

3.1.5. Log Data, which is the data we collect when using the service from device logs and internet usage analytics tools, including clicks, passes, access features, arrival time, duration and manner of the services usage, event information, data usage, and other logs information generated by using the services.

3.1.6. Contributions Data, that the user provides through any features of the App such as feedback, opinions, comments, and likes posts.

3.1.7. Any other data that you decide to voluntarily share with us, including but not limited to, address, gender, country, and other similar data.

3.2. The user shall be obligated to provide complete, true, and accurate data, and maintain the confidentiality of your account data.

[4] USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We use the personal data we collect through the MUAB App for the following purposes:

4.1. To assist the users in creating the account and verify the identity of users when using the App.

4.2. To provide and operate the App and services.

4.3. To develop, customize and improve the App and make your experience more pleasant.

4.4. To provide the users with technical support, and respond to their inquiries and questions.

4.5. To send administrative messages related to the service, changes to the terms of use and privacy policy, and promotional messages.

4.6. To enhance our data security and fraud prevention capabilities.

4.7. To share payment data with payment gateways to complete the payment process.

4.8. To comply with our legal obligations and applicable laws and regulations.

[5] SHARE OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. We may share your personal data as follows cases:

5.1.1. CONSENT: We may share your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal data for a specific purpose.

5.1.2. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS: We may share your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate interests.

5.1.3. PERFORMANCE OF A CONTRACT: We may share your personal data to fulfill the terms of our contract with you.

5.1.4. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS: We may share your data where required to do so by court order or where we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation.

5.1.5. VITAL INTERESTS: We may share your data where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

5.2. We may share personal data with third parties who partner with us to provide services, such as:

5.2.1. IT technology Partners or Agents that we used to support, maintain and provide our technology and IT infrastructure that supports the Application and the storage of your data.

5.2.2. Anti-fraud Partners that we used to access and process your data and associated orders in order to check for any fraudulent behavior.

5.2.3. Management Service Partners that allows us to provide you with our customer service and improve and manage your customer experience.

5.2.4. Analytics Service Partners that we used to assist us in the improvement of the Application.

5.2.5. Marketing Tools Service Partners that we used to help us to enable our marketing.

5.3. You grant us the right to allow our employees and business partners to handle your data within the limits of providing the services. Please note that any third-party use of your data will be governed by the privacy policies of those parties. We recommend you carefully review privacy policies for third parties.

[6] LEGAL DISCLOSURE

In the event we go through a business transition, we may share your data with a third party in connection with negotiations such as a merger, acquisitions, reorganization, asset sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or any similar disposition of all or any portion of our business or assets, and then the new owners may use your data in the same way as set out in this privacy.

[7] STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. MUAB App retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected. and sometimes laws may require that such data be retained for a longer period to comply with the legal obligations to which we are subject or defend claims brought against us.

7.2. MUAB App also retains your data associated with an account in electronic records as long as you remain a user of the App, for internal analysis purposes, to enhance security, to improve our service functions, and enforce our legal policies.

7.3. The criteria for defining data retention periods include:

7.3.1. The nature and sensitivity of the personal data we collect.

7.3.2. The period of provision of services to you or the operation of our business.

7.3.3. The length of the period your account is active or the period required to provide you services.

7.3.4. The applicable legal requirements, such as government orders for investigation or litigation purposes or protection from a potential claim.

[8] PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION GUARANTEES

8.1. We take all necessary and appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from loss, damage, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access, or unintentional and unlawful use some of the safeguards we use include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and data access authorization controls.

8.2. You know that the Internet is not a safe means at all times, and although we have adopted high standards of protection to protect the data of the users of the App, this level of protection can only be 100% effective if you follow your own security policies.

8.3. We shall commit to keeping your personal data confidential, and we pledge, within legally permitted limits, not to use or disclose it in contravention of this policy, and to help us protect your personal data. You must always keep your account data secure and not share it with anyone under any circumstances.

8.4. We will not lease or sell your data to any third parties in any form that can identify you personally, nor will we allow third parties to use it for direct or indirect marketing purposes without your consent, but your data is used for the purposes stated in this policy, and our use of such data is limited to the period required to provide services.

[9] DELETION OF USER ACCOUNT

9.1. When the user chooses to delete his account on MUAB App, all of his data will be permanently removed. This encompasses the following information:

9.1.1. User details

9.1.2. User-generated content

9.1.3. User profile

9.1.4. Shared content by the user

9.1.5. User comments

9.1.6. User Payment data

Following the account deletion, the user will no longer be visible in the feed, explore section, search results, or any other relevant sections.

9.2. To delete a User account on MUAB app, follow these steps:

9.2.1. Login to MUAB

9.2.2. Go To Settings

9.2.3. Click on Delete Account

9.2.4. Fill in the OTP Verification code

Then, The user account will be permanently deleted.

[10]SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

We may interact with registered users of various social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram. Please note that any content you post to such platforms (e.g., pictures, information, or opinions), as well as any personal information that you otherwise make available to users (e.g., your profile), is subject to the applicable social media platform's terms of use and privacy policies. We recommend that you review this information carefully in order to better understand your rights and obligations with regard to such content.

[11]USER RESPONSIBILITY

11.1.The user is responsible to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the data provided to us.

11.2. If the user shares with us any data of any other person, he is legally responsible for that data, and he should inform the person who provided us with his data about the content of this policy and obtain his prior consent.

11.3. The user has an important role in protecting his personal data, through the following:

11.3.1. Viewing, controlling, or modifying the data that identifies his account at the App.

11.3.2. Not to disclose his account data to anyone else, particularly the account login data.

11.3.3. Log out always at the end of the session, especially when using someone else's device or in public internet places.

11.4. We will not be responsible for the user’s failure to keep the confidentiality of his data or any actions resulting from third parties accessing it.

[12]EXTERNAL LINKS

12.1. MUAB App or the services may include links or ads to other third parties. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you, which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from this privacy policy. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our App, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.

12.2. We are not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Twitter, or any social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, device manufacturer, we recommend that you review the privacy policies of these organizations and websites carefully in order to better understand your rights and obligations.

[13]MARKETING MESSAGES

13.1. We will send you marketing messages about the services, or other information in the form of alerts, or newsletters that we think may interest you. Please be aware that we do not sell or rent your personal data to others for their marketing purposes without your express consent. We may collect and use your data to improve and customize our services, content, and advertising.

13.2. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages from us by email or participate in our ad personalization programs, you can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of each message or by contacting us.

[14]COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY AUTHORITIES

We regularly review our compliance with our privacy policy, and when we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up, and we work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

15.1.MUAB COMPANY reserves the right, and in its entirety, to modify or update this policy at any time when necessary and appropriate to include the MUAB App practices, regulatory requirements, or other purposes. so we recommend that you periodically review and read this page regularly, and when we post any important changes, they will be posted on this page and update the effective date at the top of the page.

15.2. The user is responsible for checking the App periodically for any modifications that may be made to this policy.

[16]APPROVAL OF PRIVACY POLICY

You acknowledge that you have read this policy, and your continued use of the MUABApp or the services constitutes an express consent to be bound by the provision of this policy, if you do not agree to be bound by it, please do not use the App.
